A consistent rewriting of the terms of ethical thinking for Christians. He grounds it in the life and message of Jesus and argues cogently and clearly that such an ethic is obtainable and relatable to both personal and civic ethical behaviour. His consistent pacifist and yet radical, even counter cultural and in essence revolutionary stance is systematically upheld and is left for those who disagree to critique and expose any biblical, inconsistencies both systemic and historical.

Really good analysis and explanation about both Pacifism and the kind of new social order that Jesus Christ came to implement among his followers. I highly recommend this book.
