Reread/relisten #2: April 2024
Idk why I am always hesitant to pick this one up, but once I do, I am not disappointed. This to me is an MMM done right with all the characters having chemistry rather than a couple with a 3rd.
Reread/relisten #1: May 2022
This family is one wild ride. I think this is one of the MMM romances that work with all the characters having chemistry.
Still loved it just as much as the first time.
And always love Harry showing up with his scientific nerdy ways!
Original Read/Listen: May 2021
Audio: 5 stars!
Book: 4-4.5 stars
Okay I think this might have been my favorite so far, I will say they just get better and better.
I was hesitant at first since I haven’t read many MMM books, and I didn’t know how this would go with an already established couple adding a new person to the mix, but this book didn’t disappoint! Matthieu fit in with Geoffrey and Ian perfectly.
The mpreg situation still gets me at times... mainly it still doesn’t work for me 100%, but I think for a series to get in to mpreg this is the one since I have yet to see a human baby be born out of the butt lol fingers crossed it stays that way, I think that wouldn’t work for me.
Also their fight they had was very reminiscent of the fight the Cullens did in Breaking Dawn lol finding people to back their cause against the higher powers haha loved it though
and I’ll say it once and I’ll say it a million times more Michael Ferraiuolo is perfect, not only for these books but his narrations make any series that much better! His accent and distinct voices for each character makes it easy to determine who’s talking and none of the accents take you out of the book like some other narrators for me have done in the past.
Okay now one to book 4(?) or maybe 1 of the new series, either way continuing with the Forbidden Desire series!

A Little Slow
Overall, good. I enjoyed the first two thirds more than the last third, because a lot of the tension was reduced and the story started getting a little over the top and distracted from the romance (which is what I was reading it for).
Cute, a little more angst than prior books, and enjoyable. I liked the peacocks, especially Bellamy. 4/5 stars.

I enjoy the way each book reveals a different aspect of the society and how all the stories weave together. It’s really solid world building that I didn’t expect at the start.
Geoffrey was a character I got extremely curious about towards the end of the previous book and it was nice to see him get his moment. Though I admit it was terribly sad at the start. My heart broke for them all.
I adore that a love triangle was bypassed in favorite of a polyship. There was still drama but for different reasons. Ian and Matthieu were excellent counters and I enjoyed their collective dynamic.
I also really liked how it all came together in the end. This was a great finish to a surprising series.

This series was different for me because I've never really given M-preg a chance.
It was outside the norm but I think I dealt better because it was eggs.
I liked the way these authors collaborated and would definitely continue reading books in this world.

I really enjoyed this series! They were fun and emotional at the same time. There’s not a lot of angst but there is conflict. I love that they stood together against their foes. I liked Ian, Geoffrey, and Matthieu. Also lots of hot threesome sex.
ETA: This is my favourite of all the stories :D Love me a good balanced threesome ❤

I absolutely loved it! I've been waiting with bated breath since the last word of Bond and I was not disappointed. The intimate scenes were beyond hot and the whole storyline just screamed intrigue. The plot was fantastic and I loved the element of equality that was introduced in this book. Plus more dragons and more eggs! What could be better!? I highly recommend the entire series!

How can you not love a menage with dragons? Especially when you also have the delightful Harry and Steve popping in!! But seriously, this was a great addition to series. I loved Matthieu, Ian, and Geoffrey together. Talk about HOT!! Double-knotting? Yowza!!!! What I love most is that each book in this series furthers rolls back on the dragon's archaic beliefs. They are forced to continually change with each new couple and what they reveal through science.
