This book is the 3rd in a 4-part series. The book started out slow, with the plot dragging a bit. Once more characters developed, it picked up a lot more and recovered. I often find books like this try to wrap everything up in a 3rd book and it never works well. The revolutionary process takes longer than that. I am glad that the author is splitting over four books. The pacing feels more appropriate.
