There are so many kids who love unicorns. This has some reasons why that might not be a good idea. Cute and funny.

This is a fun, cautionary tale about getting what you wish for--especially if what you wish for is a unicorn!  It's humorous, simple story filled with bright colors and a loud narrative.  This book is perfect for teaching a young one about responsibility, and perfect for the child who just really loves unicorns.  I'd recommend this for kids 5 to 7

Wonderbook version was a bonus, love hearing a book read by the author.

Guys, did you know that unicorns eat potato chips and turn them into cupcakes?!

I mean, at the end of the book I still really wanted a unicorn. This kid's main problem was trying to keep a unicorn in the house. I understand that he was doing that because he was trying to keep it secret, but maybe he could have kept them in the shed.

Very fun! Kids will love this, and adults will enjoy the humor. This would stand up to repeated readings.
