I am NOT ok!!! Piece of advice, have A Curse for True Love in your possession BEFORE you finish this book. The end of this book is…(stressed). That’s all I can say.

In this second book of the trilogy, you're probably familiar with the characters. Get ready for an in-depth exploration of character development, which I really enjoyed! We already know that Jacks is our apple-loving bad boy, but in this story, we learn more about his past and motives. Evangeline is torn between two men whom she loves, and we are introduced to a few new characters.

When Jacks changed his mind, and decided to go back and save Evangeline my heart stopped (pun intended!!!). I almost thought, this would FINALLY be there happily ever after. I was not expecting Luc to wipe her memory! Excuse me!!! Where did he get these powers and why did he just turn into the villain?!?!?

Like I said, I am not ok. I will be jumping right into the next audiobook because I can’t wait to get the physical copy.

I thought this was a doulogy and couldn’t believe how it ended. I had to reread the last few chapters - it’s so good! Can’t wait to read the next book!
