Definately a fun read because it's both a vampire novel (where vamps are created in teen years), and it's also a school novel. The self depricating hero is a new vampire getting her bearings in this crazy school. It's not a great book, but it is fun. The best/creepiest part is that it's written by a mother daughter team that avoids too much cliche for the first novel, at least. Well, they try to.
