Evie and Luc. Lots of talk, little action. Boring. Horribly stupid ending.

Seriously one of my most anticipated reads this year after reading the last one. I just adore the story and the romance between Luc and Evie. Seriously one of my favorite OTPs ever

Sooooo that was intense. I’d their going to be another one? Obviously that’s a stupid question. There is. But like...why is there no evidence of this on the internet??? When does it come out!!

What the actual F*UCK was that ending?! This book was so good and their relationship grew leaps and bounds, I was ecstatic for their HEA for there to be a freaking CLIFFHANGER in the book and no word on when to expect another book. I really could cry. I have loved all of Jennifer’s books I’ve read and this book is no exception. HOWEVER there better be another book coming or I’m going to be extremely pissed. There was so much that I absolutely loved in this book! Everyone from the LUX series was in this and very much involved.  There was a bit of spice in this one (not much) but more so than the others. Definitely recommend if you can stand a cliffhanger with no date for the 4th book.

I have received this ARC from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review

I feel like this series is just destroying me bit by bit. Sadly my rating for the previous two books is a bit higher than this one. In it, you will still be seeing Evie and Luc. As well as everyone else too which should get you pretty happy because I know I was.

Besides that, this book had some action but I was a bit disappointed by it all. I wanted more of everything I think. Going through all the sexual tension scenes and the people threating other people's lives.. oh and April - I just wanted more.

I honestly wasn't expecting the cliffhanger at the end. I thought the book was going to end at this one but I guess I will have to wait and see what the fourth book will bring me. Please less figuring out their relationship because after 3 books you'd think Evie and Luc would've figured it all out already.
