TW: murder, disturbing images

I'm pretty sure I'm not alone when I say I've seen the film adaption many times prior to reading this graphic novel. And I'm glad to say that both are awesome in their own right. In reference to the film there were obviously some minor changes from book to screen. Thankfully all of them made sense & didn't take away from the enjoyment of either. Albeit there were parts of the original text that confused me from time to time. I'm still a bit foggy on what the company Haruko worked for? did exactly. Definitely feel as though the film made the stakes a bit higher & more vengeful; if that makes sense. Also the ending didn't feel as rushed as it did in the comic. Either way, I've enjoyed this story since childhood & I'm very happy to say now that I've experienced the story in both its forms.
