A lot of developments. I’m ready to get to earth but also a little scared? Some darkness or mystery is starting to pop up in this otherwise cute and heartwarming story. It’s always been there a little but it seems like more is beginning to unfold and build towards the climax. Despite the low-key nature this is becoming a favorite sci-fi manga along the likes of Planetes, To Terra, Twin Spica. I’m a sucker for space stories like this.

Dear Hisae Iwaoka: please stop playing with my heart, man. I love Mitsu so very very very much. He is really the heart of this series. And I would totally buy one of those egg glasses. What a beautiful, poignant sci-fi manga. I am eagerly awaiting the next volume, so don't delay it please Viz!

Oh wait, it's a Sig Ikki title, of course it'll be delayed somehow :(

Some very sweet moments and introduction of some new characters. I love the quiet beauty of this series.

I really love the way all of the disparate stories from the first few volumes are starting to come together -- the idea that Mitsu's small kindnesses and the attention he pays to all the people around him might enable them all to do something BIG together is really awesome. I can't wait to read the next two!

I really enjoy the quiet drama of this off-the-beaten-path sci-if series. With all the doubt and uncertainty of the direction of Mitsu's life. Jun's story ends this volume on a comforting and heartwarming note.
