This was a really good book. I was really eager to find out how it ends. I just thought some of it was really drawn out a bit too much. But all the same I loved it.
If you are a twilight fan you will love this!
Adictivo hasta la médula, aunque no este del todo bien escrito, me tuvo hasta el final enganchadisima. Lo malo, que no se han llegado a traducir las demás partes, así que debes imaginarte lo que pasará después!
Hilarious. For all the wrong reasons.
Everyone is petulant or smirking, shrieking or sullen...
You've seen the moment on the X Factor, where Simon Cowell says to the raw but talented young singer, "Come back in a couple of years when you've matured/travelled/seen a bit of life; you're just not ready yet."? Someone really should've said the same to the author.

I think I have to forfeit some of my IQ points for having read this book. The writing style is uninspiring and the book goes on entirely too long (this could've been tightened up and also split into two). The cover promises me the sexiest romance I'll read this year but this was neither sexy nor a romance by my estimation. I enjoyed 50 Shades of Grey more and that was a fairly tidy turd pile as well. Let my mistake be your gain and steer clear of this book.
If i could i'd give this book...
Ten super shiny SHOUTY stars!
I got this from my local Morrisons for under £4, i didn't even know it was a PNR till i got it home. (I missed the "Dinner with a vampire" on the cover, the blonde hair says it all really.) So i read the blurb and did a bit of research and to my horror "Twilight- fan fiction" kept popping up every where, Aw hell no! so that was it i fell out with the book and shoved it to the back of my mind. But it kept catching my eye, so i cheated and read a few random pages from the middle of the book.. well that was it i was hooked! Best decisions i made that week to read this book.
I loved everything about this book. From the characters to the plot to the writing style.
Our two main characters Violet and Kaspar are so freakin' swoon worthy i loved them both so much! I did fear at the start that Violet was going to be one of those whiny, morngy self centered girls but i was so wrong! She's strong, funny, independent. Kaspar is our vamp, he's heir to the throne, rich, handsome, a complete man-whore and has a huge ego. He's also a very complex guy broken from the loss of his mother and suffering from the weight of responsibility on his shoulders. Both Violet and Kasper are hugely sarcastic so they just bounce off each other making for some pretty hilarious scenes.
There are a bunch of awesome and love to hate secondary characters along with everything from vamps to Inky the squid to balls and a dosing of teen drama! The plot is a bunch of twists and turns full of action and angst and sexy swoon worthy moments.
This is a very interesting start to the series, the second book being in Autumn's POV, i just hope we get more from Kaspar and Violet they were my favorite things about this book and it'd totally suck to loose them!
The writing style for this book is easy, fun and enjoyable. i flew through this book thriving off every page. Defiantly one of the best books Iv'e read all year.. maybe even ever. I will re-read this book it was freakin' brilliant!
The only thing about this book was we waited through-out the whole story for one crucial moment then it gets to the point and your all excited jumping in your chair then BAM! it's the end of the story.. i mean WTF mayyn!!! I did hope the second book would pick up where this one finished but how can it if it's in Autumn's POV? Confused.com!!! But even though that totally sucked i cant bring myself to lower it's rating one teeny tiny bit because that one thing just cant bring down how amazing the rest of the book actually was.

Though I admire Violet for her character (the way she is so headstrong and keeps her hopes up the entire time) she sometimes annoyed me a little bit. I thought she cried one hell of a lot and sometimes it was understandable but other times it was just like PLEASE GIRL NOT AGAIN. Kaspar is a character I don’t know how to judge. I’d say he’s good but then again he’s bad news. In the beginning he really IS a jerk and an ass-hole and a whole lot more and I don’t understand how Violet could just forget that, look past it and fall unbelievably hard for this guy. It was nice to read about their relationship evolving but after they both got what they wanted it was more like ‘okay are we done now’. I can enjoy reading about two people being in love with each other but I felt like it was the only thing that mattered for a very long time.
Writing/story in general
This book is action packed and has you in its grip from page one. There isn’t a moment that you think to yourself ‘well…this is boring’. It doesn’t feel like you’re reading a huge book because you get through it without noticing almost.
Though I found certain passages a bit weird and I didn’t quite get what was happening, I liked the story in general. There’s vampires who aren’t nice at all. They’re killers and occasionally they’re nice to you. Doesn’t take away that they also have the ability to get into your head, that they are unbelievably hot and make all the girls swoon over them even when they’re about to bite you and/or kill you. About that aspect of the book: it could have gone another way and it would have made the story more original. However this aspect is a big deal in the book so taking it away would change up the story completely.
There are two POV’s in this book, which is nice because it puts some variety in the story. To read about the same persons’ feelings for 400 pages long can be very tiring and I think in this case it was a wise choice to break it up with another POV.
Originally I didn’t plan on reading this book but because Joany over at Craving Pages mentioned this book a few times, I got curious and bought it. It was good but it also disappointed me in some ways. I don’t think I’ll be reading the sequel, the way the story ended it didn’t make me interested in the rest of the story.

Great Book! This was one of my first reads on wattpad.com when I first signed up around 3-4 years ago. I was so happy to see that she got it published. Not dissapointed at all! Loooooved it
