[a:Kiera Cass|2987125|Kiera Cass|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1318605410p2/2987125.jpg] Kiera Cass: it is not okay to use slurs in your writing. You used the g-slur multiple times and played into stereotypes about that community. To get your work published with this word, you risk harming members of that community. You risk perpetuating those stereotypes and that language in another generation, even as one generation has been working hard to combat discrimination. I, as a reader, was incredibly disappointed to see this. As a young adult and moving into my 20s, I have enjoyed your other books, considered myself a fan of your work, and saw you as a role model for YA writers. This breaks some of that trust. In the future at some point, issuing an apology is necessary. Since I am not a member of this community, I cannot accept any apology myself. But I hope you start to try and repair some of the damage you have done to the Romani Community.

As for the quality of the book/ content other than information discussed above, I was quite disappointed with the ending of the book. Personally, didn't enjoy the route chosen for the main character when it came to tying up loose ends in the duology. I appreciated the writing style, and overall I think Hollis was a good character, but I felt there wasn't necessarily development in the sense of her improving as a person. She seems like the same person as she was at the beginning for the book.

Hands down, one of the worst books I’ve ever read.

I love book two even more than book 1!!! There was romance, action, suspense, and love! It is a feel-good story with the main characters being good, loyal, and kind. It is what I needed to read during this time of unrest in the world.

I have so many mixed feelings about this story. At this time I'm still not sure how much I liked it.

Rozhodně by si nezasloužila čestné místo vedle Selekce.
