My gripe with this book is that this storyteller does bare bone storytelling. Any details aren't details, they're just facts, facts which he rambles on about, or repeats multiple times in a four page short story. Many of these weren't even what I would consider ghost stories, the ghost is just thrown in at the end to try and be spooky.

I really wanted to like this, being a Nova Scotian, because I'd love to support other Nova Scotians, but this was disappointing.

If you're okay with super short stories, this may be for you, but I know that personally I wanted more detail and more spook factor.
