Love the story now as much as the first time I read it almost a dozen years ago. I enjoyed reading this older book right after some of Jae's newer ones because the difference in the quality of her writing and editing is so clear. Still a good read. Might give Next of Kin a go soon.

It was one of the first stories I listened to with SA. So it gets really heavy right from the start.
