Beautiful little story that deals with what it means to be a person, to be a child, to be a creation, to be property. Not overly sold on the romance angle but it is a neat little story nonetheless.

It was an interesting premise but I think the writer's skillset left something to be desired. Not that she was bad, but I could see this being a much more engaging story in different hands. Still, I liked it well enough and I would like others to read it as well.
