I did enjoy this. The book had enough action and it was a good story. The characters had good development, my favorite actually being the agent wrongly accused, spending time in jail, but ultimately becoming a hero in the story. It had two strong female leads, however, some of the events took super human strength, which seemed a bit unnatural even given the circumstances. Another great character was the earthquake whisperer, Hill. He was a wonderful man that had grace and strength. He may have appeared a bit quirky, but he was another of my favorites and his quirkiness was developed by a sad past.
L T Ryan’s writing his consistent and nothing is redundant. She never used the same phrases and she made the environment where you can see it in your head.
