I loved the first book, tolerated the second book, and could barely finish this third book. If you are looking for a book that tries to market to the LGBTQIA+ community yet somehow misses the mark, spouts random and sometimes obscure pop culture references every other page, or feels too fluffy to function this is your book.

I enjoyed this book. It was a cute romance with a good amount of spice. I liked getting to know more characters in this world. I loved seeing Morty as a main character . I loved his personality and how unapologetically himself he was. Morty weas the perfect compliment to Nina. I could relate to Nina a lot. She’s one way on the outside and another behind the scenes. I was a big fan of hers. Didn’t love the big ultimatum that Morty gave Nina, so that bothered me about them a bit. The ending left me wanting more. I felt like it was heading to a big crescendo and then just kinda fell flat for me.
