Again a book by this author that is a little to close to what might come.

It started off good, but then became more and more like H2O (which I hated), so that definitely skewed my opinion. I think I would have liked this book when I was younger since I got annoyed with the characters because of their immaturity.

I also thought the end would be “and then everyone woke up from their collective nightmare” so I was very wrong.

3.25⭐️ I was entertained but the similar to H2O really got to me

I’m pretty sure I added this currently reading on goodreads but it got canceled???? I think I have been reading this for one month or so. I decided to finish this today I only had 40 pages and I had nothing better to do. This book was terrifying and my mom brought me a glass of water while I was reading the last few pages and man I was so grateful. I loved it. It could happen and might happen in the future considering what’s going on now and it’s horrifying. I loved this book a lot and it was addicting to read. Need to read more of Neal Shustermen!

That was a wild ride! 3.5 stars. Mostly just because I sort of lost interest about 70% through. But at the same time I did want to know what was going to happen. I just wasn’t as invested with it being a group of teenagers. It was a YA book so that does make sense.

This book LITERALLY made me soooo thirsty though. And I was very grateful for running water. Funny enough, I have also been without running water before. For 4 days when we were living in Austin and we experienced the worst snow storm in nearly 100 years. No power, no water. It was frightening! But because it has snowed, we were able to use the snow water to boil and use for our water needs. But it sure did give me perspective. That was scary! I’m this fictional novel, it’s the middle of summer. And it was truly an apocalypse. One I hope to never experience (again!) haha
