I loved this book! Ness was a funny main character who was refreshingly different then the typical characters I'm used to. She was scared of pretty much everything, but she knew that and was attempting to work on it, although without much success. And Cy was awesome! I love his eyeliner, I think we need more of that.

I’m extremely disappointed by this book. The plot has SO much potential and imagination. And yet, the writing was fantastically terrible, which ruined everything for me. It’s as if a random adolescent decided they wanted to be an author and took a crack at it with this book. The dialogue is so unnecessary and young that I had a really hard time staying interested. I DNFed the book at 50%, but skipped along to the end to feed curiosities about certain characters. Yep, the plot carried this book, so if you can get past the writing, then it may be a good book to you.

Bruh
I found out from ch 1 that the MC is a psycho pathetic cowardly douche
I only kept reading for lack of anything else to do
Meh meh she kind of gets better meh
Male mc much more interesting
