Definitely not for everyone, and a little repetitive, but I found it enjoyable to read. I like the author's personality.

Feeling overwhelmed? Not sure how to manage all your obligations and still find some "me time"? I've been there. Sarah Knight writes in a very conversational tone as if she's speaking to a friend. This is helpful since the book is full of advice only a true friend would give. She has used lists in figuring out where to place her time, energy, and money and shows you how to do the same. Just like the KonMari Method, Sarah Knight suggests only placing your time, energy, and money on obligations that bring you joy. However, you must always be courteous even when saying, "no".

I read the first chapter and after it was just more of the same. The book might just be justified but the attempts to be relatable and a women that does not give a fuck and drinks wine every night cringes me. Would not recommend.

It was ok. At times I loved it and at other times it was quite off pudding. The take away I got is that you don't have to be an asshole when it comes to deciding you don't give a bleep about something. And the importance of figuring out and getting clear about what you really want and not giving a bleep about the rest. In a nut shell its a stripped down discussion about boundaries.

Thankfully a short read. I did get a few interesting tips out of it but after a while, reading word “f*ck” over and over (and OVER) again got sort of grating.
