For a book that repeatedly insists it’s teaching you how to give fewer fucks without being an asshole, the author sure does come across as a bit of an asshole. After stating in the disclaimer that “if you’re offended by anything I’ve written, then you *really* need this book” Knight goes on to joke about suicide, substance abuse and nuclear war.
It’s essentially a Buzzfeed article printed in a font large enough to fill a 200 page book, but a little less funny and insightful.
