A DNF book - Just proof that high/epic fantasy really isn't for me. A touchy area of books for me due to many of the genre's stereotype elements. Nothing wrong with the book though. I was enjoying it in a way, but the story drags on and on, the cast of characters grows and grows (with names that are often, for me, can easily be confused with each other). I still think this one would be a great read for fans of the genre. I'm still working on my issues with the genre though, haha. The problem here isn't the book, just the reader.
