All the Harry Potter books are better than the movies (in my opinion). This book specifically is so much better than the movie. I feel like in comparison to the book the movie fell way short. Also this is my favorite of the series.

Finished reading Harry Potter & The Order Of The Phoenix by JK Rowling after an 18 year hiatus between reading the 4th book and this. Wow. Just wow. I didn't have the stamina for such a big book when I was 14, but I'm glad I do now.

I'm not a particularly big Potter-fan, though my Mum read the first 4 books to me at bedtime when I was young and I loved them, and later I enjoyed the films, though I watched the last few only once and consequently am hopeless at Potter trivia and am rather a joke at work for this. I thought books aimed at 9-12 year olds couldn't possibly speak to a 32 year old, and I'm happy to admit I'm a twat, I always suspected I was anyway. What a great book. What great writing. I can see why people go potty for it (don't excuse the pun). An obvious and deserved 5 stars here. Clearly I'll finish the series now and I almost never do that.

I know it's not the point of the book, but I still find it so hilarious that the whole book could've been avoided if Fudge believed that Voldy was back
