Completely adorable. Lucy is funny and I was half in love with Henry myself even if it was painfully obvious he's was the Duke.

I loved this sweet regency story. Lucy reminded me of Anne Shirley, always talking and getting into mischief. Lucy is good for Henry. They’ve both had difficulties in life. Ended with a happy twist.

enjoyable, but some elements I was less fond of

This was an enjoyable story, with just enough frivolity and depth to make it a fast, relaxing read, but that ending… Well, let’s just say it was nice, but I would have preferred a different version. Still a really great story though.

This is a very entertaining story which deftly combines the best from the historical romps by Georgette Heyer and the situational ridiculousness of 'The Importance of Being Earnest". Light, fun, thoroughly enjoyable and delightfully rereadable.

Fun read

The story was a bit fantastical but still fun. I had a hard time liking Henry, it took a long while to get there
