So intense

This has many twists and heart pounding steamy scenes that are very intimate and dark. Their are many mind games that are twisted and have to remember what had read to keep up for the stories. So good.

“Hurled with tricks, games, lies, and death. People who shouldn’t have, deceived both of us, but we got there in the end. To the end. “

I’ve never read a book so damn fast.
The twists and turns and the unexpected... every chapter brought up something new.
This book was insane. Absolutely fucking insane. In a good way. Amo Jones has a brain that.. I don’t even know... she’s just a brilliant writer and I’m so happy I read this duet.

There’s a reason I collect all her books in paperback.
I promise you this book isn’t predictable. You won’t see the ending coming!

"To sin, you would need to believe, because evil cannot exist without the faith of good.'

"Keep your friends in your pocket, right beside your enemies, and never tell them who is who."

I just finished, in my opinion, the most mindfucked book that I have ever read in my life. In a matter of few hours, the author has my mind and emotions in a roller coaster ride- up, down, round and round in this merry-go-fucking ride of a story. Gahhhh!!!

After that jaw-dropping end of book one, our fierce couple are back to give us steamy, nail-biting, romantic suspense, brimming with betrayals, lies, secrets and shocking revelations that will leave your head spinning. I'm telling you, I'm still taking it all in and recovering from the high that this book invoked in me. Goodness!!!

It's safe to say the author did it again, in the only way she knows how I love it. Yes, you guessed it right- thoroughly, blissfully mindfucked.

5-fucking-stars!!!

After the fucking confusion of the ending of the last book, I picked this one up pretty much immediately after! This book gives you all the answers and there is a lot more under the surface of revelations than you are expecting. Truly this book was a rollercoaster- it was so fucking twisted. I think mostly because this book left me less confused, I liked it way more than the first book.

This book had me feeling every emotion. I had to stop at moments and just go what what just happened. I do think some twists were a bit unnecessary and I did feel like the actual romance was forgotten about because there was so much other stuff going on and wish there some more slower moments.

Overall, this book is not unforgettable but it isn't forgettable either so this book left me confused as to what to rate it as for quite a while. The duet is definitely worth a read.

Amo takes us back to the world of Isa and Bryant. We left book one with a completly twisted, and brutal cliff hanger after what could have been a fairy tale ending.

Book two starts right where we left off, and doesn't stop taking us through her twisted ride until the last page. Isa and Bryant have always had to fight for their love, and book two isn't much different. The secrets are massive, and intrigue is so big I was kept on my toes the entire time.

I was not ready for this completely fantastic book, but I am sure glad I got to expereince it. This is Amo at her best!

I loved the first book, and this one started really good too, but it turned into a Mexican soap opera, and not in the good way, and considering that it's a really small book, with around 230 pages there wasn't space to breathe. I loved Isa since the first moment, but in this book and with her story you would think that she would learn the lesson and don't trust so easily but no. Honestly, I'm not even sure they shouldn't have separated at the end.
