 There are a lot of fish & meat entrees - I found a few recipes I'd like to try out. Really appreciated that each recipe had a photo of the dish and there is a good index!

A great new cookbook from Jamie. Easy and simple recipes, which don't need a lot of ingredients. Some recipes surprised me on how they tasted.
