HELLO??? I could NOT put this book down!!! This was miles better than the first, most likely bc our cast of characters and conflict are already introduced, but i LOVED THIS!!

This is a fun series that I started because the first book is a Battle of the Books selection at the high school. My students loved it and so did I, so much so that I had to continue. This book is the perfect second installment of a trilogy: all the good guys are separated and in jeopardy, those you thought were enemies turn out to be friends, and those you thought were friends turn out to be traitors, and there is a wild cliff hanger so that you are dying for the next book to be released. So now we wait...
