Still have no idea why people rated this one lower. It’s a novella, so it was definitely lighter on the plot and more character driven. 
Justice for Colton and Raylee, the superior main characters. Would have loved longer story!

Usually I enjoy the books in this series but this one was not good and barely had a story. It also seem unfinished as there were multiple accidental POV changes within a set POV + one very out of place 3rd POV thrown in just for one chapter.

Shantel Tessier is definitely one of my auto buy authors and I have been going down my list of her books so I can read them all. The LORDS series was the first one I read by Tessier and I still think about them daily. I was excited to see I had another one to read while waiting for Madness to come out. 

This one was very fast paced and extremely action packed. There was not a lot introduction of the characters which is why I didn’t rate it higher as I like to have some background and introduction on who characters are so I can relate to them more. Other than that, I really enjoyed the read! It definitely scratched my dark romance read itch, and has just made me more excited for Madness!
