A very quick and enjoyable read!

The art was beautiful and eye-catching but there were a few pages where the flow made it hard to tell what order to read the speech bubbles in. The actual mystery was easy to follow and figure out but it was interesting enough to keep me engaged the whole time I was reading.

An Enola Holmes Mystery (2016) by Lorena Blasco appropriate for ages 8-12 years old is a fun and adventurous read. This is a mystery story where Enola Holmes brother Sherlock’s Holmes best friend Watson goes missing. Even thought Sherlock does not want her help Enola using her skills and bravery to help find Watson. I would use this book in our my class because it is a great read that can easily grab the attention of young readers and it would be a great an example for them to use to write their own graphic novel. <inspiring> <emotional><adventurous > <lighthearted >

I really love the continuing significance of flowers throughout this series. I continue to love the art, and the stories are better than the first one. In this story, the plot of her finding clues seemed more convenient than in the past two, but it's juvenile fiction so that's understandable.
