The name of the game seems to be making amends for people wronged in past issues.
Which is fine, just a lot of undue animosity to our favorite group of hardcore lady-types; Good thing they come around and begrudgingly work well with them.
Also kittens with superpowers is just a fun time for all.

More fun adventure! I liked that we got to learn a little more about some of the other cabins. Since the Lumberjanes are our protagonists, it's easy to forget that other people may not like them as much as we do. I also love it when characters come back and I want to be friends with the Gorgons...sans the turning to stone thing of course. (Also, it feels like the writers don't know what to do with Camp Director Rosie; she's almost becoming Dumbledore-esque in the way she just up and leaves the Lumberjanes to fix stuff while leaving them clues.)

Another great installment, in which the kittens return!

Another fun and wacky adventure with this charming troop of kick-ass girls. Not quite as good as #2, but entertaining nonetheless! I do enjoy how, in between the many panels of fearsome monsters, ornery gods and goddesses and near-death experiences, we are given subtle sneak peeks into the characters' personalities and self-realization.

I didn't pay attention to the writers and artists listed at the beginning, however I could tell pretty quickly that things were different. The art is still cartoony, but I can't help but be fond of the original. The writing seems to be more after school TV show lesson-y. I was also quite confused about the reappearance of a character but this is probably because it's been so long since I read the other volumes. I'll totally get the next volume when it comes out but I have to say I'm a little less enchanted after this volume. I'd still whole heartedly recommend the series to someone though!
