A good broad overview of travelling in Turkey, with lots of sites of interest and good tips to get the most out of your visit of them. I would have liked to see more guides for visiting places like Pumukkale (for example enter through the bottom of the slope for the best pictures alone, then walk up the slope to reach the top where you can celebrate by bathing in the Cleopatra Pool and a meander around ancient roman ruins). I love these kinds of recommended circuits so you can make the most out of your stay. It spends at least a quarter to a fifth of the book on Istanbul - which we honestly hated (it was polluted, loud and crazy crowded even though we visited in the off season of October), so much worse than all the other places we visited on our trip (like Dalyan and Turunc). I would recommend spending less time in future editions on Istanbul, so you can add more itineraries and self guided walking tour recommendations, like suggested for Pumukkale.
It's also worth noting that many of the prices are out of date, with Turkey's inflation rates are pretty much triple what they were - they do say in the book that prices will be out of date at the time of print due to inflation so this is to be expected.
