Ok where to start this book is very short. I am not one to read really short books because I feel like by the time you start it its over, and that was the same with this book. Over all there really wasn't much of a storyline. Two people meet they both have high expectations of each other right of the bat and one is disappointed because life gets in the way and then it all works out. Story over. I think if there may have been a little more to the story and maybe little bit longer it would have been much better. I can not give this a 2 star rating because I will say the story was cute overall and I loved how they helped sick kids in need.

I was given a copy of this story from netgalley for my honest review.

I really enjoyed reading this story. I don't want to give away to much of the story so I'll leave it at this; Heather and Jamey are sweet together and they show that sometimes the Christmas spirit moves you toward things that you need. If you're looking for some sweet and fluffy Christmas joy read this one! It's so good!!

Firefighter Jamey Trucker finds an ordinary jaunt to the grocery store turning into a mesmerizing moment when he overhears a stunning women singing Santa Baby. With a little Christmas magic on his side, Jamey gets a phone number and a chance at another meeting.

There is an alluring quality to the Santa Baby, this was the perfect choice to set the tempo for this quick read. It has a sassy, sultry, and sexy vibe to it. Perfect quick read to put you in the holiday mood.

Jamey just had to meet the nurse he seen dancing and singing to "Santa Baby" in the grocery store. He helped her out at the store and she told him if he came to the pediatric department Christmas party, she'd give him a plate of homemade chocolate chip cookies. Because he's a new recruit, he gets all the crappy shifts at the fire department, which means he has to cancel on her. Heather's been hurt in the past and she takes his cancellation as a sign that he's not trustworthy. Will Jamey be able to show Heather that she can trust him? Read this heartwarming Christmas short story about a fireman and the nurse that warms his heart.

This is a very quick story that will spread a little Christmas cheer. I look forward to reading more from this author.

I received a copy for an honest review.
