It's entertaining and inspirational, but it doesn't contain much practical information. I was expecting more info from the developers on the process of finding an idea, implementing it, and marketing.

Not a bad book, but not great either. The sections related to various developers who struck gold on the App Store are interesting but not very informational. I don't feel like there were really any secrets shared. It seems like the entire sum of the book is, unless you are working with a big publisher, any monetary investment in your app is most likely going to be a loss. Hobby/Indie developers should concentrate on creating simple fun to play games and not go in expecting huge success. Kind of obvious when you think about it.
