Never judge a book by it's beautifully illustrated cover. I must be a heathen because I just did not get this book at all.

Das leituras mais divertidas que fiz. Mas nem só de divertimento se faz este pequeno livro: a irreverência de Zazie e a excentricidade das restantes personagens também trazem ensinamentos, como o do final do livro, que dificilmente esquecerei.
Felizmente, consegui encontrar este exemplar na biblioteca da minha área de residência, mas numa altura em que tudo se publica, tudo tem direito a mil e uma edições, não há quem arrisque trazer este livro às prateleiras das livrarias?

Louise Malle's film was fun, and was the reason I sought out the novel. However, the novel is just so much more enjoyable. Read the whole thing in one sitting and would gladly do it again.
