I finished this book partly because I needed to know what happened to Alexandra and partly out of spite.

The book was neither written in a particularly beautiful way nor was it emotionally binding or an exciting read. The sex scenes were so cold and out of place and not at all relevant for the plot that they could have been either left out or written more beautifully.

Also the constant references to a singer and the constant lyrics were more than irritating.

"For Donal, and all the fans of Jack"

I love book book dedications. My fav part of the book

Fun fact: Well into the 18th century, the dedications were the way authors got paid for their work... that would not go down well now

This is the second book I have read by this author and I couldn't put it down! You just want to keep reading. The story surrounds a group of strangers that meet in a random situation and the story follows how those strangers link together. Great chicks book.
