Don’t read this book, expecting that it’s a good escape book. I had to restart this with a different perspective because I went and expecting to want more for the characters, but this book is about life, and it is what it is. Sally Rooney did him an amazing job portraying complicated emotions of what people experience.

I started this on paper back and ended up listening to it and following along. When I started it, I did not like that the author did not use quotation marks, although don’t let that keep you from reading it, after a while, I did get used to no quotation marks.
