I did enjoy the plot and the idea behind this book but it begins very slowly and makes it hard to really sink in to. I only finished this book because I am trying not to DNF any books this year.

seriously this is a very reflective and emotional book. i’ve never seen someone so accurately describe how your thoughts can generate a sort of mental sinkhole that is very hard to escape and can sometimes feel endless. like that’s literally how i think too whoa!

I didn’t really enjoy this read. The main character was unlikable and not in the funny ha ha or good way. Every time she judged someone for being unhinged or abusive or anything other bad quality she felt was embarrassing it’s like do you not see these things in yourself?! Also the heavy drug and alcohol usage. Idk just not for me. Dope cover though. And dope premise, it just didn’t work for me.
