Long story short, this was awesome.
The author didn't beat around the bush so the moments of suspense didn't feel forced.
It's addictive, feels original (which is rare in this genre) and clever.
Our MC Hannah, is smart, determined and extremely rational, for someone who has been plotting the greatest revenge come back! π«£π€£
I enjoyed the twists and found it to be an incredibly easy page turner.
Highly recommend if you're in need of a literary palette cleanser or enjoy this genre in general.

The book opens with a Huh? What? Why? chapter that leaves you needing to know much, much more and it doesn't relent throughout the acts!
I had no idea about the massive twist in the middle of the book, did anyone see that coming? But it didn't stop there, more and more revelations followed which has left me wanting to read it again right away!
This is one seemingly straightforward book that's hellishly twisty!

The description of this story had me intrigued from the second Iβve read it and when I got to the 25% mark, I was so hooked that I couldnβt put it down!
Just like most stories, it started slowly, but it picks up quickly at a full speed limit.
So many unexpected turns and twists. Revenge and hate can really change people into something else altogether.
How the revenge is plotted is so unexpected, and the story itself itβs something different from what I usually read.
That being said, I was intrigued to see how it will end. My theories were all over the place as the author has built a world where you are given so many variables.
A must read story that needs to be discovered and discussed!

It is quite challenging to give a spoiler-free review because there are quite a lot of reveals and twists in this book.
The story hits the ground running as, within the first couple of pages, you realise that what you see is not necessarily what you get. The questions βwhy, what, how and huh?β gets answered slowly but surely and culminated to the reader seeing the full puzzle towards the end. Or do we know it all? A-ha!
Especially towards the end it is fast-paced and action-packed and I had a nervous knot at the pit of my stomach as it all comes together.
It is written from multiple POV and βA Kiss After Dyingβ has got a very clever plot.
What to like?

I did find some bits a bit wordier than others, and some twists were a bit predictable, but in general, I thoroughly enjoyed this thrilling read.
