I'd reckon it's probably 2.6 in the B.A.D. sexy agent series and definitely after Tie Me Up, Tie Me Down: “Captivated” by You.

The Story
Jason, one of the BAD agents, has turned traitor and it's up to Sam to take him out. Only she decides she wants to interrogate that hard body of his first.

My Take
One of the things I do enjoy about Kenyon's BAD series is her sense of humor. Yeah, I like the gunplay and the chases too but give me a line like "Over and over his mind played a news clip, 'American Agent Found Nude in Apartment.' Laughter at eleven.". How can you not crack up!??

What I don't understand is why, in a contemporary story, does an author still think that "good girls shouldn't know how to do this"? How far out back in the stone age is this set??

The Title
The title is perfect for indeed Jason and Samantha do have One BAD Night with the variety of chases, being shot and shot at, and, oh no...no condoms!

Entertaining for a quick-read, but predictable.

I'm reading the stories in the order of publication vs. the order in the book.

One BAD Night - Sam & Jason - This one was ok, but probably my least favorite of the bunch though.

BAD to the Bone - Marrianne & Kyle: This was a cute story - VERY much a steamy "romance" story. This was a fairly developed story for a novella.

"Captivated" by You - Rhea & Ace - I probably liked this one the best.

Two of the three short-stories were totally delectable :) the second was a little corky, but fun nonetheless! I love the heroes in this series, they are badass!

MEH. Not deep enough for good fiction, not sexy enough for erotica. The author could use an expansion of her vocabulary; she repeated terms a lot.

I was slightly disappointed in this book. I think it was because there were three stories in one book which didn't leave much time to develop the story. They were just romance novels. I will give a try to one of the full length books to see if I like it any better. Otherwise, I think I will stick with her other series which I adore!

BORN TO BE BAD - 4.85 STARS

"One BAD Night" - 4.5 stars
Cute little story about BAD agents Sam Winslow and Jason Banks.

Favorite Quote:
If sin had a proper name, it would be Jason Banks. He was what Samantha Winslow's mother would call sex-on-a-stick, and as much as she hated to admit it, Sam wouldn't mind taking a bite out of him.
(Sam, page 3)

"BAD to the Bone" - 5 stars
An adorably hilarious story about Illinois school teacher Marianne and BAD agent Kyle. Loved the ending.

"'Captivated' by You" - 5 stars
A sexy, funny, sensual story about BAD agents Rhea and Ace. Best of the three stories.
