Sure it was free but I still feel cheated. I realise it was a novella but in my a opinion a novella is a short story. This was not a story in any way shape of form. It was a couple of disjointed scenes that equates to the opening chapter of a story.

Cute little prequel novella to Big Rock. I actually listened to this one at the end of the Once Upon A Wild Fling audiobook, but the ebook is also available for free on most retailers! This was a great introduction to the characters and since Big Rock is told from the hero's POV, it was nice to get a little snippet from the heroine's as well as some back story to their relationship. Also, you really can't beat having Sebastian York, Andi Arndt, Joe Arden, and Erin Mallon narrating all together! It definitely made me want to read/listen to Big Rock and find out what happens next for Spencer and Charlotte!

Conhecer um pouquinho mais da Charlotte foi ótimo. Ainda mais com o ebook de graça. Pena que é bem curtinho.

3 quick stars!

I never know how to rate these short introduction novellas. This was a very brief read and gave a little bit of background for Charlotte and her story that we'll read all about in [b:Big Rock|26252659|Big Rock (Big Rock, #1)|Lauren Blakely|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1441742244s/26252659.jpg|46249382].

This was a surprise audio that came at the end of another Lauren Blakely book. I've already read the Big Rock series, but it was nice seeing the lead up to the first book. Charlotte's boyfriend is a dick and an idiot and I'm so glad she has good friends to be there for her. Spencer is a cutie and I would totally pretend to be engaged to him. The narration was fun, having narrators together that you don't normally see was a nice bit.
