The book was very well written. I think the story just wasn’t for me. I didn’t connect with the characters.

The ending hit so hard that I initially wanted to give it a 5, but after chewing on it for a while almost didn’t want it to be a romance so it could 100% focus on her journey of self-discovery/friendships (and this is coming from a romance lover). It felt like either that or the romance could have been more fleshed out if the book picked one, but I loved and wanted both.

this was so fun but so messy. there was a lot of drama. i really liked Angie and her friends, Nia and Michelle. i honestly didn't like Ricky until the last two chapters. there's just some loose threads at the end of the book that i would have liked to see resolution for.

wtf happened to camilla & the baby??????

This book took a little while to get into but I loved the characters and loved the footnotes!
