This was such a cute Christmas story. Jenny just bombed an interview and is working her second job when she runs into Dom, a real life prince. She has no idea who he really is, and hopes to run into him again the next day. There is no tomorrow as she discovers his true identity at yet another job. She doesn't have the courage to talk to him, but the help from a little magic could change that. I loved the Cinderella nod with Jenny's wish disappearing at the stroke of midnight.

Thank you NetGalley fro this ARC.

Okay, so now I definitely want this to be adapted into a Hallmark Christmas movie. Lizzie Shane did a fantastic job at combining Christmas magic, romance, and classic fairytale moments into this well-crafted story. I loved the twist on Cinderella and having Jenny be the one searching for Dom after her wish ended. In her wish, and even after the wish was up and they met again, Jenny and Dom had great chemistry and were authentically themselves in all aspects. The character shift in Jenny as she became more confident in her role as a princess of San Noel was so amazing and showed that you can truly be yourself, no matter your title or position in life. I wouldn't be upset if there was a sequel after reading the small epilogue and could see Jenny and Dom's story going in many directions.

Favorite Quote: "A princess can do absolutely anything she wants, as long as she does it with confidence. She sets an example."

I’m a sucker for a cutesy Hallmark story especially during the holiday season. There were a lot of typos in it though

A Royal Christmas Wish by Lizzie Shane is my favorite holiday story I have read this year. It is super cute, super sweet, and super adorable! If you love the Hallmark channel movies, this will be right up your alley, I really do hope they turn it into a movie. This is a story I feel a lot of women and girls can relate to, wishing to be a princess. That is exactly what Jenny does and the story follows her adventures with Dom. If you are looking for a cozy read for a rainy or snowy weekend, grab this book and be prepared to not want to put it down until you are finished. Thank you to Hallmark Publishing and NetGalley for giving me this book, this review is my honest opinion.
