Not my thing. The tone reminds me a little of Discworld, which I like, but... I'd rather be reading Discworld.

I haven't had as much fun in the longest time as I got out of reading this hilarious tomfoolery. Wodehouse is like an old childhood friend that you lost when you moved and upon reuniting with whom you continue hitting the same chord, laughing at the same gags and stories. And boy, did I laugh. Out Loud. Which was a cause of concern for my family but darn it I was having too much fun to give a damn.
"Mr Hoke, I know your secret" made me guffaw.

This is a typical easy to read Wodehouse book with a farcical plot and I enjoyed it for that.

I was enjoyable, but a little overpopulated for "a nice easy read on the train journey", unlike I imagined it would be :)
