Rereading this got me out of a slump! While Eve Brown will always be my favorite Hibbert book, this is what led to that, so I must love it almost just as much.
I love Red so much, love the discussion of mental and physical health that is sprinkled throughout the book, love reading these characters who are still figuring out their shit- but figuring it out together.
The only reason I don’t like this is the third act “breakup” scene. I just didn’t love how it was handled, and wished it had been solved quicker.
