Synopsis: Mallory is out of rehab and get a job as a nanny to a 5 year old boy named Teddy. She finds his drawings getting sinister by the day starting with stick figure drawings which later evolve into lifelike artworks. So Mallory starts to wonder if the house they're living in is haunted and tries to solve an old unsolved murder.
This book is basically horror, but it does have mystery- thriller elements. It's very fast paced and it grips you in with its story. The ending was grappling. I was up late last night finishing this book because I couldn't put it down. You cannot guess the ending of this book. It's impossible. Normally horror books don't scare me but this one had me at the edge of my seat and SCARED. Teddy's drawings are shown in the book which makes things very real for us readers. I was a bit scared to read it in bed at night.
I like that Mallory’s past about how she became a drug addict and about her family has been explained too as they keep hinting throughout the book about her addiction to painkillers and about her younger sister.

I finished this while on my flight (which I normally sleep on but couldn’t put this book down) THE ENDING?? Insanity. Wish I read this book sooner

I really loved this book and it is definitely worthy of all the hype it receives on social media. The story was engaging throughout with a twist I did not see coming. I highly recommend this thriller. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Ehh…..i see the vision but I wasnt majorly impressed. A wild little ride with some major wtf moments. Neat little endings always disappoint me
