Look it was fast paced and I really enjoyed it from the start but I feel like the ending was just so meh? Like as if you would leave things the way they were if that happened and just move on?
I feel like the first 3/4 of the book was so promising. It was a great storyline and I was like wtf is going on here and I was suspicious of everyone. But then towards the end, ugh. As if the police didn’t realise that the chick Dawn was emailing had died so many years before? Like isn’t that basic police work? It just really frustrated me and I was disappointed.

This one had a bit of a slow beginning for me, but it definitely picked up! Kept me guessing until the end.

Things aren’t always what they seem - or maybe they are?

The Coworker had very interesting main characters. I found myself coming up with different scenarios while reading, trying to figure out what was going to happen. At first I thought it was a bit drawn out, but once I finished, I realized that everything was needed and added to the story. Extremely easy to finish in one sitting, I read the last 200 pages in about 2 hours.
